This website, getmangotango.com, is operated by Polar Body Enterprise LLC, doing business as Mango Tango ("we", "us"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products

Items are printed or embroidered to order. Colors on screen may differ slightly from the finished product, and placement may vary slightly from item to item. Product images may be computer generated mockups.

Prices and payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in the case of a pricing error, and will refund any payment for a cancelled order.

Club products

Some products are made for student clubs and carry club names or artwork used with the club's permission. Purchases support the named club as described on the product page. Club names and artwork belong to their owners and may not be copied.

Intellectual property

All designs, text and images on this site belong to Mango Tango or their respective owners and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.
