Refund policy

Mango Tango is a trade name of Polar Body Enterprise LLC, the seller for every order placed on getmangotango.com.

Every Mango Tango item is printed or embroidered to order just for you, so all sales are final. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color or change of mind. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Misprints and damage

If your item arrives misprinted, defective or damaged, we will replace it at no cost to you. Email hello@getmangotango.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. Please do not send the item back unless we ask you to.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot find it, or if it appears lost in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve it. Please double check your shipping address at checkout; we cannot replace orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.

Club orders

Items ordered through a club order form are handled by the club. Please contact your club officers first with any issue, and they will contact us.

Cancellations

Orders go into production quickly. If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. We can cancel only if production has not started.
