How long until my order arrives?
Every item is made to order. Printing usually takes 2 to 7 business days (embroidery can take a little longer), then it ships. You get a tracking email when it leaves.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your items and address. Orders with several items may arrive in more than one package.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Because each piece is made just for you, we cannot take returns or exchanges for size, color or change of mind. Please check the Size Guide before you order.
What if my item arrives misprinted or damaged?
We replace it free. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a clear photo. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask.
How do I pick my size?
Measure a shirt you already like and compare it with our Size Guide. The fabric and fit are listed on each product page.
How should I wash it?
Wash cold, inside out, with like colors, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Do not iron directly on the print or embroidery.
Do you ship outside the US?
Yes. Customs duties and import fees, if any, are paid by the buyer.
Can I cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. We can cancel only if production has not started.
Who designs Mango Tango?
Every Mango Tango design is original art drawn for us and sold only here. Aloha Ragnar is named after our dog Ragnar.

Contact your club officers first. They will reach us and handle it with the group order.
